How fast is delivery?
We deliver the same day in Amman, and in 1–2 days to every other governorate in Jordan. Delivery costs 3 JOD and is free on orders over 50 JOD.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. Every product comes from Papaya Trading, Coverderm's distributor in Jordan.
How do I choose a shade?
Each product page shows its shades and the shade chart. If you're unsure, send us a photo in daylight on WhatsApp and we'll suggest one.
How can I pay?
Pay in cash when your order arrives. We call to confirm your order before we send it.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened products can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Can you help me choose a product?
Of course. Message us on WhatsApp with what you'd like to cover or protect, and we'll suggest what suits.
