We want you to be happy with every Coverderm Jordan order. If there is an issue with your order, our team in Amman is ready to help.
Return Eligibility
Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal-care products can't be returned unless they're faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no extra cost.
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds are issued in cash or by bank transfer within 3–5 business days.
